We are confident that we can provide the eye care you need. Below you’ll find a list of some of the key eye care services that our optometric practice offers.
Pediatric Eye Exams
Eye exams for children are extremely important. Experts say 5 to 10% of pre-schoolers and 25% of school-aged children have vision problems. Early identification of a child's vision problem is crucial because, if left untreated, some childhood vision problems can cause permanent vision loss.
Comprehensive Eye Exams
A comprehensive eye exam includes a number of tests and procedures to examine and evaluate the health of your eyes and the quality of your vision. These tests range from simple ones, like having you read an eye chart, to complex tests, such as using a high-powered lens to examine the health of the tissues inside of your eyes.
Management of Ocular Diseases
Utilizing cutting edge technology we are diagnosing and managing, with greater precision, diseases like Glaucoma, Macular Degeneration and Cataracts. Earlier and more precise diagnosis means earlier treatment and better outcomes. We are taking an aggressive approach to diseases that previously had few treatment options. Great advances have been made in the treatment of these diseases.
Contact Lenses
Contact lenses are a great way to improve your visual dynamics without having to worry about wearing glasses or performing an eye surgery. We offer soft and RGP contact lenses. At See More Eye Care, we can fit for astigmatism and presbyopia (multifocals), which allow those over 40 to see at both distance and near.
Medical Ocular Evaluation
Diabetic? Having a constant irritated red eye? Feel like something got in your eye? Sudden loss of vision? Visual disturbances such as flashes of light and floaters? History of eye disease? We can take care of your medical ocular needs. Please save our number in the case for emergencies!
Orthokeratology
Orthokeratology, or "ortho-k," is the process of reshaping the eye with specially-designed gas permeable contact lenses. The goal of ortho-k is to flatten the front surface of the eye and thereby correct mild to moderate amounts of nearsightedness and astigmatism. Recent studies are concluding ortho-k can slow down the rate of myopia progession
Advanced Technology
Using a Topcon state-of-the-art 3D OCT camera, your we take both a digital photograph and a three dimensional cross sectional scan of the back of your eye in one sitting. This allows us to instantly diagnose a number of common conditions. The scan is non-invasive, painless, simple and quick.
LASIK & Refractive Surgery Co-Management
LASIK is currently the most popular vision-correcting or “refractive” surgery available. But there are other options as well. We will help you find the ideal solution for your problem and partner with the best surgeon to perform your procedure.
Dry Eye Treatment
Dry eyes result from the chronic lack of lubrication and moisture on the surface of the eye, which can cause minor to major irritations, an inability to wear contact lenses and an increased risk of corneal inflammation and eye infections.
Eye Emergencies (Pink/Red Eyes)
We are always willing to help, should you ever experience an eye emergency. Our office provides emergency services for eye infections, eye injuries and other eye urgencies. State of the art equipment allows us to examine the front surface of the eye and also digitally scan inside the eye for infection or damage.
Presbyopia Diagnosis and Treatment
Presbyopia is a natural result of the aging process and not much can be done to prevent it. Its onset has nothing to do with whether you already have another vision impairment such as nearsightedness, farsightedness or astigmatism. Everyone will notice some degree of loss of near vision focusing power as they age, although for some it will be more significant than others.
Astigmatism Diagnosis & Treatment
Astigmatism is a very common eye condition that’s easily corrected by eyeglasses or contact lenses and on some occasions, surgery.
